GENERAL
Please note JABEN ships all orders from Singapore. Special Orders may originate from manufacturers located outside Singapore.
Certain items may be too large to ship, such as turntables, large AMPs/DACs and large Bluetooth speakers. Consequently, certain items are sold exclusively in-store.
FREE SHIPPING IN SINGAPORE
- All purchases of $80 and more qualify for free shipping within Singapore
- Select items qualify for free same day or 1-day shipping
PLEASE NOTE: JABEN will not be held responsible if your order is missing a unit/apartment number that causes delivery delays.
STORE PICKUP
Order online and pickup in store - available at our location during store hours. We are also open for in-store demos.
During checkout simply choose the Pickup option under Delivery method:
Singapore's 8% GST will be applied during checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email about when your item is ready for pickup.
You MUST bring your ID when picking up.
LOST / DAMAGED ORDERS
JABEN will do everything in its power to see that your items are delivered correctly and in perfect condition. We will work with you in the event of a shipping issue. If you believe there has been a shipping error or other problem with your order, please contact us.
If a tracking number show your order is delivered and you claim it is not, we will ask you to file a police report for stolen or missing product, before we process a replacement or a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International purchases are subject to any additional fees dictated by the country receiving the package, and the international carrier.
We accommodate GIFT / UNDER-DECLARATION for your order to HELP YOU avoid tax (especially on high value items) at the best of our abilities, please indicate in the note section during checkout if you require this service.
FREIGHT FORWARDING
JABEN is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to a freight forwarder or intermediary address/person. This means that JABEN isn't able to provide a replacement or a refund for any shipment taken outside of Singapore by hand-carrying or using a freight forwarding service.
INTERNATIONAL FEES & TAXES
We do not control the taxes/duties/fees set by your country.
Although we provide under-declaration service, please be advised that there might be taxes, duties, and fees incurred at the destination custom. You can use our list below for what you can expect on your international order, but please check with your local government for more information.
If you refuse the package, we can NOT refund the shipping duties, taxes, and fees because once it lands in your country; Courier companies keeps the amount regardless of refusal.
